As a citizen of a developing nation, I personally feel that economic prosperity is a marginal issue in our overall development. Economic prosperity can provide us means to live in poverty unless we unlearn old things and learn to live in dignity. It would still force or compel us to continue living with lack of basic amenities. The basic amenities includes good school for children, well furnished hospitals for treatment, good roads, continuous electricity, bus/train terminals, soil nutrients, clean water and sanitation. Economic prosperity of an individual will never be able to get these basic necessities of life. Since the last thirty years of my life, I have moved from have not to have all. There is a simple decision for me to select the options of have all. For having all this, I am grateful to all those who have contributed in developing and providing voluminous resources at the door step of human civilization. All those contributors have significantly became the part of my well being.
Religious fanaticism is the useless means to achieve any basic need of humanity. Like Industrial Revolution and Agricultural revolution, Religious Revolution is the thing of the past. Caste system of Hindu religion or terrorism of Muslims would not be able to provide the basic amenities for human being. Society, like science, has a way of always moving forward. The question comes now is how far human being is ready to move with it. Today, we all should pledge in the name of humanity to rise above religion, region and sectarian to help ourselves. Every one of us should rise and think in that direction. All humanity is privileged to be a part of this conscious evolution. I am certainly being a Hindu, and privileged to be part of the conscious growth of human civilization, I feel grateful. No leaders should exploit the masses for their own selfish gains at the cost of livelihood of poor and underprivileged.
Stephen R Covey, A Roger Merrill and Rebeca R Merrill (First Things First, 7 Habits of highly Effective people), Edward de Bono (Lateral Thinking, Serious Creativity), Malcolm Gladwell (The TIPPING POINTS, blink), Susan Jeffers (Embracing Uncertainty), Samuel P Hutington (The Clash of Civilization, Who are we?), Dominique Lapiere & Larry Collins (Freedom At Midnight, Is New York Burning?), Jeffery Sachs (The End of Poverty), Lee Iacocca with William Novak (Iacocca - An Autobiography), Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence), Matt Ridley (GENOME) and so on …… these great American and European authors who have brightened the life of millions of people of developing nations including mine, are always my heroes. They might have generated and garnered the support of a large population of developed people from the developed nations. However, when they become the support to someone in a remote, isolated and fragmented place in developing country through their great creations, it is a great contribution to human-kind.
The intellectual class of developing countries is highly conscious about what developed countries are not doing for their people. The concern is very genuine and praiseworthy; however it is equally important to understand, utilize and spread the great and dynamic contribution; the people of developed countries are making for entire humanity as such. The significant inventions of last centuries like electricity, home appliances, medicines, medical equipments, various means of transportations including motor vehicles, airplanes and metros, housing concepts like high rise buildings, planned city, mobile communication, computers and operating systems like Microsoft, Oracle and Office Suites, etc. have changed the definitions of life for whole of human civilization. As a developing country, we (including me) have not much of headway in inventing new things for humanity, however we have a responsibility to follow, upgrade and improve upon those inventions for the betterment of humanity. In spite of working or thinking in a destructive way, the intellectual of developing world should concentrate on enhancing the available products to enhance standard of life, eliminating ignorance, poverty, diminishing destructive mentality and ensuring systematic growth of human civilization. Destruction is much easier than construction. We should not try to be part of destruction for one reason or other. Let us join hands together for the useful construction for the humanity on this earth. This thinking itself gives me tremendous inbuilt encouragement. On the name of religion, we should never spread animosity among human being. The Muslims leaders must come to terms with freedom, independence and growth. They should never allow the masses for suicide. Any support of revolution against a simple cartoon should not be taken as wise action. Just think of the mentality of small Muslim children when they see such upsurge all across the world, they are becoming terrorists rather than becoming scientists or educators. They are becoming destroyer rather than creator. Muslim terrorism is like a state robbery. They are intended to rob the hard earned money of developing people. In the bargain, few of the radical people of Muslim world get billions from developing world for their selfish interest without putting and efforts or trying to create something good. It must be stopped at any cost for the betterment of humanity.
Muslim Terrorism is a State Robbery!

Even if it exists, they live a life of mediaval world without any fun, pleasure, knowledge and acheievements. They try to show themselves happy in their own well.
Religious fanaticism is the useless means to achieve any basic need of humanity. Cartoon Jihad is another way of making Muslims fool by their 'own' leader. Like Industrial Revolution and Agricultural revolution, Religious Revolution is the thing of the past. Taslima being a Muslim thinker could have done some good for large section of Muslim population but she had to run all over the world. She had to stay in India and write subsequent interesting book like 'my girlhood'. It is bad luck for Muslim world. It is not a clash of civilization. It is way of destruction their own community. They must rise and be awaken. Allah... Sudbudhi Dey! (Allah gives them brain!)
